INVALID CID/PASSWORD ERROR

HI,

I'm getting an invalid CID/Password error on connect when using vPilot, I've searched about and have found that my account may have been suspended due to inactivity (My last login being November 2014) I thought that I may have been missing something until I came about another forum post that was resolved by un-suspending an account. I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this type of question (I'm terribly sorry if it is) -- Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, if my account is not suspended then I guess I have other problems on the horizon.

Please help.
